PlayStation Stars is a brand new loyalty scheme that essentially rewards gamers for both playing games on PlayStation and spending money on PlayStation. Much like GamePass challenges on Xbox, players will be encouraged to complete specific challenges known as campaigns.
These will vary from monthly check-ins to earning specific trophies and being the first player in your region to earn a platinum trophy in a big title game.
By completing these challenges, players will get loyalty points that can be redeemed to purchase PSN wallet funds or to buy selected products within the PlayStation Store.
There are also games that can be straight out bought through the point scheme but personally I think it’s better to just wait for it to be on sale or available in the PlayStation Plus monthly or catalogue games.

These will be digital representations of PlayStation memorabilia whether those be infamous PlayStation products like PlayStation3 or characters from your favourite games.
Incase you’re wondering, these digital collectibles are not NFTs.
